Been dealing with this company since I bought my pool. At first I was known on a first name basis. But last few years they seem to get different employees and services vary every year. Some employees are very knowledgeable, but others seem to wish you hadn't come in. I have learned what to do with the water quality in the pool myself so I don't go in as much. Right up front I debated taking off one or two stars for installation. The bad first. A&A Installation should not be used. They don't stand behind their work and customer service is non-existent. The list is long but the worst example was a slow leak I had all summer which turned into a large leak a couple weeks ago. The culprit turned out to be a PVC coupling that WASN'T EVEN GLUED in place. Again, DO NOT USE A&A INSTALLATION. Now the good. After giving up on the initial installer I called the store and spoke with Dan. Owner? GM? Not exactly sure but he made some calls and was able to get Campbell Pool Installation out to take care of things. Although I do most of my business at the Decatur location, I have to come in for supplies on occasion! Although some of the reviews on here are sketch, these people know their pool chemicals... perhaps people have gotten some new employees on occasion. I love my pool I purchased the 15x30 Morada from Josh he is very knowledge all in all the experience has been very positive. The challenge has been with Campbell Installations I would not recommend them they had to come back 5 times to fix the light that I purchased with the pool each time it was there error.
